ينظم قانون الإجراءات الضريبية الموحد رقم ٢٠٦ لسنة ٢٠٢٠ علاقة الممول بمصلحة الضرائب، ومنها الفحص. والاستعداد المبكر أسهل من الاستعداد بعد وصول الإخطار.Unified Tax Procedures Law No. 206 of 2020 governs the relationship between taxpayers and the tax authority, including inspection. Preparing early is easier than preparing after the notice arrives.

خطوات عملية للاستعداد:Practical steps to prepare:

• حافظ على دفاتر وسجلات محاسبية منتظمة وموثقة بالمستندات.Keep regular accounting books and records supported by documents.
• طابق الإقرارات الضريبية السابقة مع الدفاتر والقوائم المالية، وسوِّ الفروق وتحقق من أسبابها.Reconcile previous tax returns with the books and financial statements, and understand the reasons for any differences.
• اجمع فواتير المبيعات والمشتريات، وتحقق من الفواتير والإيصالات الإلكترونية إن كانت منطبقة عليك.Collect sales and purchase invoices, and check e-invoices and e-receipts where they apply to you.
• جهّز كشوف الحسابات البنكية وعقود النشاط الرئيسية والقوائم المالية المعتمدة.Prepare bank statements, main activity contracts and approved financial statements.
• حدد شخصًا مسؤولًا عن التواصل مع المأمورية، والتزم بالمواعيد المحددة للرد.Name one person to liaise with the tax office, and respect the response deadlines.
